Celebrating the Return of a Guilty Pleasure

"Duck Dynasty" has its fourth season premiere Wednesday night on the A&E network. With high cable ratings and merchandise in stores all over the country, the show about the bearded men of Louisiana's Robertson family has captured the hearts of viewers all over the country.

Maybe it's not such a guilty pleasure. Almost everybody I know watches "Duck Dynasty" or knows something about it. Its central theme of God and family values resonates with many. The Robertson family seems to be a genuine, loving group with little pretense, even though they are financially well off.
