13-year-old Anjelica Rivera of Union Gap has been studying and practicing karate since the age of 6. Now a first degree black belt, she studied at the Yakima School of Karate is a member of the U.S. National Team.

Anjelica now has a chance to travel to a tournament in Australia and is raising money to make the trip that she will have to fund, which will cost about $9,000 dollars.

Anjelica and her father, Union Gap Police detective Hector Rivera were guests on Monday's  Mike Bastinelli show.
