We often think of museums simply as places where the old and the antiquated are on display but the focus this Thursday at the Yakima Valley Museum is very much current and in the news today.  Thursday marks the 50th anniversary of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the museum will feature a program celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act.

Tickets include dinner and show starting at 6:00pm. Admission is $30.
