I grew up in the snow. Ten-foot drifts in Wyoming seemed like no big deal when I was growing up. Now that I live in Yakima, I guess it was a big deal. The snow here really isn't too much. I learned to snowmobile with the best of them, but I could never do what our Joe Parsons can. The kid is amazing. He has just taken two medals in the 2017 Winter X-Games in Aspen, Colo.

This past summer, two members of the Sea Gals cheer squad visited the Moxee Hop Festival to meet and greet Seahawks fans in the Yakima Valley. One of them was selected before last night's game to represent the team at this year's Pro Bowl game in Hawaii.

There are a lot of charities out there, and I'd love to be involved with most of them. Pegasus Project is one of them -- such an incredible cause. They provide therapy for adults and children with special needs by getting them on horseback and teaching them to care for horses -- which helps clients cope with what they are going through.
