The national media is something short of credible…one news organization claims neutrality while pointing out what they claim is agenda driven coverage in a competing organization….it’s tough to know who to believe…and that being the case, who do you believe on the media coverage of the debt deal?? Here is the Washington Times fairly neutral take on the story….
President Obama doesn’t get it. Political pundits just don’t get it. They didn’t get why the TEA party first formed and they don’t get it now. How many bloggers, journalists, established politicians and observers are saying “the Tea Party doesn’t know when to claim victory when they’ve won”?
During a special meeting Monday evening, the Yakima City Council selected Don Cooper as the next Yakima city manager. The City will now begin the process of negotiating a contract with Cooper. If negotiations are successful, Cooper would replace Dick Zais who retired earlier this month after serving for 32 years as Yakima city manager.
