Take a look at the KIT team photo of our Wray’s Market Fresh IGA Get Away winner.  You may notice Lance never changes, Big Dave continues to get bigger (I need to lose some weight!) and Brian Teegarden is a shadow of his former self having lost more than 150 pounds in the past year!  I wonder if he feels any smarter today--or better yet, how much dumber am I today?

According to a recent study from UCLA, for every extra pound you put on, your brain shrinks! Wow! Who among us can afford that!
