America’s Disney Sweetheart Annette Funicello Passes at 70

Actress, singer and former Mouseketeer Annette Funicello has passed away at the age of 70 from complications stemming from her battle with multiple sclerosis.

 

Funicello first entered households in the mid-1950s as a 12-year-old Mouseketeer, and later parlayed her fame onto the big screen, starring in a string of ’60s movies with Frankie Avalon like ‘Beach Blanket Bingo’ and ‘Beach Party.’

Yakima Valley Trolleys Services Looking to be Back on Track
