Another hot day in North Central Washington has firefighters working hard to fully contain the Carlton Complex fire that's burned nearly 400 square miles. Crews battled hot temperatures and wind on Tuesday. Today they hope to try a burnout operation. They want to send flames from a secure fire line toward the main fire to help contain it. The fire is now more than two-thirds contained. With the high temperatures expected over the next several days the big concern is to keep firefighters hydrated. More than 3,100 people are assigned to the fire, as well as 19 bulldozers and 17 helicopters.
