After a week of thought, here is my version of a signature hot dog for Yakima!

Last week, I did a story asking what Yakima's signature hot dog would be. You know, there are Chicago style dogs, New York style dogs and so on. I asked the question, what would a Yakima Dog be made up of? Here's what I came up with.

I used Yakama fry bread for the bun.(Made it myself) I used a grilled all beef dog. Then I put together a relish made up of diced Jonagold apple, diced red onion, diced jalapeno, some dijon mustard and red wine vinegar. I finished it off with a sprinkle of  Deccio's All Purpose Seasoning

It actually turned out pretty good! Especially the relish. Feel free to give it a try!
