Brewing Up a Grand Opening on the Mike Bastinelli Show [AUDIO]

The Yakima Valley is the hops capital of the world. Three local entrepreneurs with roots in the hops industry decided that craft beer needed to be produced in the Moxee hops growing area, and Bale Breaker Brewery was born. In fact, the brewing facility is located in a hop yard.

Owners Meghann (Smith) Quinn, Kevin Quinn, Kevin Smith, and employee John Mullen were guests on Thursday's Mike Bastinelli show.

They talked about the brewery's grand opening next week, the types of beer they are brewing, and what they hope to offer in the future.
