Body Found In Yakima Home Police Investigating

An autopsy shows that the body of a woman found in an abandoned house in 600 block of North 4th Avenue earlier this week had been shot in the head. The body was discovered Wednesday by a neighbor investigating a foul odor. Yakima Police say the victim was a Hispanic woman in her late 20s. Police are withholding her name as the investigation continues. no other information is being released by police.
