Body Found in Toppenish

Detectives with the county sheriff's office say they've identified a man who's body was found outside of Toppenish city limits on Saturday, but are withholding the man's name until his family can be contacted.

They say he's a 20-year-old man who was living in Whatcom County. Deputies say it appears the man died of head injuries. An autopsy is set for later today.

The Yakima County Sheriff's office says the body was found in the 900 block of Washington Street.
