Bill Clinton to Fund-Raise for Hillary Clinton in Seattle

SEATTLE (AP) — Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to visit Seattle to fund raise for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

He is expected to attend a reception Friday afternoon for the Democratic front-runner at Century Ballroom on Capitol Hill.

KING-TV reports the event will be closed to the media.

The former president recently started campaigning on his wife's behalf this week, making a stop in New Hampshire with others planned in Iowa ahead of the Feb. 1 caucuses.

Bill Clinton also has fundraisers on the calendar in New York, Phoenix, Albuquerque, N.M., Cleveland and Fairfield, Conn.

The couple's daughter, Chelsea Clinton, is headlining fundraisers of her own in Boston, Atlanta and Chicago next week.
