Beer Lovers To Enjoy Fresh Hop Ale Festival

A lot of beer will be pouring in downtown Yakima this Saturday night. The Fresh Hop Ale Festival will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the Capital Theatre downtown Yakima. The event benefits the Seasons Performance Hall and the Yakima Valley Museum. Museum Director John Ball says the festival has been growing every year for the last 11 years. "One of the things that makes it very popular is the quality of the breweries. It's gotten a real reputation. All of the breweries are invited."
35 breweries will be serving beer along with wine and 8 to 10 food vendors plus there's live music. The Fresh Hop Ale Festival has been named on of the top ten beer festivals in the country. Money raised at the event helps to fund the Season's Performance Hall and the Yakima Valley Museum. For more information check out freshhopalefestival.com
