Bank Robbery Suspect In Court Facing Charge Of Robbery

A 42-year-old man is facing a charge of first degree robbery in Yakima County Superior Court after being arrested Wednesday in connection with the robbery of the Central Valley Bank branch at 40th and Nob Hill. Yakima Police say Eugene Lorenz walked into the bank Wednesday afternoon and gave a note to a teller demanding cash. He was arrested Wednesday night at a motel on Fruitvale Blvd. He's being held in the Yakima County jail.
