Ballots Largely Turned in on Election Day

Today is Election Day and that is when Auditor Corky Holloway says a majority of ballots arrive at her office.

This is what we’ve found with all mail voting.

That means many people have waited until the last minute to vote.

There is still time to get your ballot in the mail. But remember a drop box is located across the street from the county courthouse on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and drop boxes will be open today at Sunnyside Worksource offices or Toppenish High School.

The results will be released at 8 tonight.
