Camping With Burn Bans
It is a busy weekend around Rimrock Lake and the surrounding forest.
As I pulled through late Friday evening I could see many campers had not heard of the $250 fine their campfire could cost them.
Despite it being a packed weekend, I was amazed to find a spot overlooking the lake...

Instead of sitting at a place spending money I don't have, I love to hit the Yakima Greenway or do a few miles on the trails at Cowiche Canyon.
But as spring begins to thaw us out from this horrible winter, please keep in mind that humans aren't the only ones anxious to hit the trail.
