I am originally from Los Angeles, but grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. In between I spent two years of my childhood in Montana. One in Great Falls and the other in Havre. My mom married a Canadian when I was 9, and we moved to Canada. Because the winters in Edmonton were too damn cold, I moved back to California once I was 21. My radio career has taken me to Casa Grande, Ariz., and to Palm Springs, Fresno and San Luis Obispo, Calif., and back to Edmonton, and Yakima. I play poker, basketball and flag football in my free time. My claim to fame is that my wife Monica is sisters with the former Miss El Salvador 1996, who came in sixth in that year's Miss Universe competition. Of course I think my wife is prettier than her sister! I also have a 12-year-old daughter named Noel who is in junior high and was the fifth-grade champion high jumper.

Single Car Non-Injury Accident On Hwy 12 On Ramp

Impossible To See Traffic Light at 72nd and Tieton This Morning In Yakima
Went for a ride with a buddy this morning and he couldn't tell whether the turn light was green, which inspired me to take this shot. If you look hard enough you can see that the green turn arrow is lit up, but that is in a photo. When you look at it with your eye it's nearly impossible to tell without the sun burning through your retina...
Mysterious Cloud Circle Appears In The Yakima Sky [PHOTOS]
For lunch Todd & I had pizza and I noticed this unusual circular cloud out of the window. At first I though it was a fighter jet that had traveled in a circle but it seems the g-forces generated from creating a circle that tight would be prohibitive...
Yakima TV Stations Off-Air For Hours On Sunday Night Due To Fallen Power Pole
If you have cable or satellite TV you probably didn't notice that every TV station serving Yakima except for PBS was off the air. So for anyone who watches over the air on a regular antenna then you either got static or a notice from their digital TV tuner saying "No Signal" or "Weak Signal...

It wasn't around in 1969, but it's here now, back at State Fair Park this Saturday and Sunday (March 19-20). It's an annual event full of family fun sponsored by the Central Washington Home Builders Association that "puts kids – actually on and operating -- dump trucks, dozers and excavators
Seahawks Fans So Rabid They Make Their Own Logos And Display Them Proudly
Having spent significant time in Seattle and living here I've come to a conclusion... there are more Seahawks fans in Yakima per capita than there are in Seattle. Fans here are so crazy they can't seem to find enough cool merchandise with logos that they have to make their own...
Which Yakima Valley High School Has The Best Logo? [POLL]
I love sports logos! It's probably because I've been a Los Angeles Rams fan since I could walk. I still own a replica Rams helmet with white horns. Former Rams halfback Fred Gerhrke created the first helmet logo in the NFL when he painted ram horns on the side of their helmets back in 1948...
