Hired on February 4, 2010, Mondray Gee enters his 12th year in the NFL, spending the first seven in Detroit and two in Green Bay’s weight room. Recommended to coach Carroll by GM John Schneider, who also worked in Green Bay before joining Seattle.

Gee works alongside Chris Carlisle and Jamie Yanchar implementing a program with focuses on mobility, stability, flexibility, strength and power.

Gee and the entire Seahawks coaching staff are very dedicated to becoming the best in the NFL and with that dedication comes a strict routine amd time to recover and improve with each week.

Having many players back from injury (Unger, Okung, Giacomini, and Harvin) shows that the Seahakws strategy is paying off, and they appear to be the team to beat in the NFC. After yesterday's game most players talked about their need to rest and recharge during the bye week before setting their sights on the Monday night game against New Orleans. The 10-1 Seahawks, unbeaten at home will be back strong on December 2nd to finish out the last five games of the regular season.

Mondray Gee tells KIT News that the Seahawks plan rest into the schedule, he also reacts to Percy Harvin coming back for the first time in over a year.
