Are you average? If so, you are only exercising half as much as you should!  Researchers at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention recommend adults 18-64 should get about 4 hours of physical activity each week.

 Here’s how they break it down: Moderate activity for two and a half hours and Vigorous activity –such as running and weight training-for about an hour and a half.
