Amber Alert Cancelled Boy Found Father Under Arrest

The Seattle Police Department says they have located 1-year-old Aaron Lopez and his father, 24-year-old Daniel Lopez-Andino is in custody.  on Tuesday night Seattle Police activated an Amber Alert for the missing toddler. They say the mother of little Aaron Lopez reported the boy's father physically assaulted her Tuesday evening, took her purse and car keys and drove off with the boy in a silver 2003 BMW. Police spotted the car and tried to stop it by activating their lights and sirens. But they say the driver raced off recklessly and they stopped their pursuit, concerned that the child was not secured in his child safety seat. The two were last seen near Boeing Field in South Seattle. but police located the two a short time later Tuesday night. The child was unhurt and the father is now under arrest.
