The U.K. Daily Mail reports on a study of 5,000 people which reveals a third of respondents believe they are not living up to their full potential, but among social media users that number jumped up to 56 percent.

In fact, one in three men between ages of 25 and 34 said they wish that they were more like the person they portray themselves to be on social media. Many respondents also admitted they felt they were not attractive enough, or successful enough after comparing themselves to social media "friends."
