A Tradition Continues In Yakima Cruising The Ave

If you love to cruise Yakima avenue you'll have four chances to do that this year and the first is tomorrow, Saturday June 13th.  The Downtown Association of Yakima (DAY) is hosting four ‘Cruise the Ave’ nights this summer as part of their effort to engage and promote the downtown area.
"It is a flashback in time to relive the past," said Joe Mann, owner of Ron’s Coin & Collectibles and DAY board member.  "This is a great opportunity to see your neighbors, interact with the public, and watch cool cars go by.”
Cruising will go from 6th Street to 7th Ave during the hours of 6 PM - 10 PM.  The four Saturdays are; June 13th, July 11th, August 8th, and September 12th.
