Kevin Harper May Again Face Triple Murder Charges

kima

A suprise move in the Goggins murder case. The man originally charged with the murders may be tried again. Last year the case against Kevin Harper fell apart and prosecutors settled on a plea agreement on lesser charges. New information has led the Yakima County Prosecutors Office to ask the court to withdraw the plea agreement which could pave the way for new murder charges. Investigators still believe Harper brutally murdered Bill Goggins, his wife Pauline and his mother Betty in 2011 in a gated West Valley community.  Yakima County Prosecutors also asked the court to hold closed court hearings until its determined how the case will proceed. Yakima County Superior Court Judge Ruth Reukoff will hold a hearing on the prosecutors request on June 13th.
