Montana, Arkansas and Florida are just a few states that spend millions of dollars each year on advertising to attract visitors to their states.

Washington State doesn't spend nearly as much, but none the less tries very hard to bring tourists from around the country and around the world to the Evergreen State.

Don Brunell from the Association of Washington Business was recently a guest on Newstalk KIT. He talked about why Washington has some great tourism opportunites, but is lagging behind other states when it comes to promoting them.
