A Big Boost For The Zillah Lakes Project

Good news for the developers of Zillah Lakes,a project along I-82 which has struggled through the recession. The Supporting Investments in Economic Diversification, or (seed) Board has approved a grant and loan for $750,000  to extend utilities to serve the 220 acre developement. Also the City of Zillah has preliminary approval for over six million dollars in federal money to build a two mile road .
