An American cargo plane crashed near Bagram Air Field on April 29, killing 7.

The jumbo jet, owned by Florida based National Air Cargo, crashed shortly after take off from a low altitude. The plane was carrying vehicles and cargo. Those killed were four pilots, two mechanics and the loadmaster.

The Taliban quickly took responsibility for the tragedy, but NATO coalition sources said that there was no evidence of that claim.
