Yakima Police continue to investigate a hit and run crash after a 60-year-old man on a bike died Saturday night. Police say the crash happened at about 11:00 p.m. when a the driver struck the man  near the 1400 block of S. 6th Avenue. Authorities say after the driver struck hit the rider, identified as Ronald Knowlton she also struck a pick-up truck parked nearby. Witnesses say they saw two women walking away. A short time later the 25-year-old female driver was arrested.
the 60-year-old man had serious injuries and died at the scene. the crash is still under investigation. police believe drugs or alcohol may have been involved.
