A 25-year-old man wanted for a near fatal shooting of two men last Thursday on North 6th Avenue will make an appearance in court later today on first degree burglary and assault charges. Jesse Johnson was arrested Saturday near Selah. Authorities say Johnson forced his way into his ex-girlfriend's home last Thursday and shot two of the three men inside. He fled and was on the run until Saturday when he was arrested by the Yakima County Violent Crimes Task Force. The two victims are expected to survive. Johnson is being held in the county jail.
