Bail has been set at $1 million for 38-year-old Salvador Galvan-Limas identified as the man who authorities say killed his wife at Clear Creek Falls on Highway 12 on Friday. He was charged with first degree murder Monday in Yakima County Superior Court.  Yakima County Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Mike Russel says couple had been arguing before they stopped in the parking lot of Clear Creek Falls. Both started walking the trail when they stopped at the fence at the cliff looking over the falls. "At that point they became involved in a disagreement and Mr. Galvan-Limas then stabbed her repeatedly."
Russel says the body of 36-year-old Aurelia Galvan was found along a trail at the falls. Russel says after the stabbing Galvan-Limas drove to the Randle ranger station where he reportedly admitted to the murder and was arrested. He's being held in the Yakima County Jail Today.
Russel says the stabbing happened after the victim told her husband she had been seeing another man.
